Resonances (2023)
For millennia, light has symbolized the transcendent; evoking mystery and being essential to life.
"Resonances" is a series of nine light sculptures, where light and reflections create infinite geometric forms; portals where the visible and invisible intertwine. In them, ancestral symbols and intuition converge through light, which transcends matter and enters the immaterial. To interact with the work is to immerse oneself in a dialogue between the finite and the infinite, where the limits of the existing vanish.
In this series of works, the artist appeals to the use of the technique of "infinite mirrors" with the aim of generating a visual illusion in which the viewer can perceive abstract forms that replicate infinitely in a constant game with human perception.
